Anbody have a fuel injector
I believe I may have isolated my cylinder#3 misfire to a bad injector and as such am hoping somebody here has made a modification to their SRT and have a bunch of injectors in a box.....I will buy, borrow, rent an injector for testing purposes. I have swapped all parts around (electronically: spark, etc...) and the misfire remains....When I tested the "feel" of the injector firing it did not seem to have the same "snap" as the others....I check the voltage and got 12v & 5v on each connector...this was the same as the other injector wiring.....at this point I'm back to thinking a bad/dirty injector....If you have an injector please email me at jeffjones54@yahoo.com....thanks.

You are welcome to "borrow" any of them.

The NA injectors should work on the SRT up to the point where the reach 100% duty cycle. They might work for testing while idling, but definately not a permenant fix. jdokan- did you try moving the injectors you have around? You should be able to tell just by putting the "bad" injector in place of one that was working fine.

If you do isolate the problem as a bad or dirty injector, while you have the car apart you may want to look at shipping your remaining injectors to Mr. Injector or similiar vendor for cleaning. I am assuming that you are going to replace the faulty one rather than have it cleaned.

you can buy c32 injectors new here for $20 each. I bought a set myself. I would double check the part numbers. I'm not sure if the srt6 uses exactly the same injectors as the c32.
