as for making a pulley the c3 was and still is very popular. brandon who designed the c3, had issues with quality control and he closed his buisness and went to work for hp autowerks who bought the rights from him. something happened and the manufactorer who built the units no longer builds them. it happened right after the big hp autowerks sale and even then getting the pullys was tough.

I got the same story from HPA regarding the C3 pulleys. It never occurred to me to ask, were they creating them from scratch including the friction plate?

That would be great. Thanks for offering to do that.

the c3 was built from scratch by a manufacturing co. contracted to c3 then hp autowerks. they were made from scratch with no oem parts involved other than design and research
thanx doc!

lance1337 instead of asking for a "price" for a file you might offer it to a member who is trying to advance the aftermarket products for these cars. with so little credit on here going after the almighty buck isnt the best way to start. just sayin....
jonnyb whats the advantage of a titanium pulley over the aluminium pulleys already out there? mine is first gen c3 and i have had zero issues with it and logged a max 19 psi boost

Inside opening that slides over supercharger shaft 32.22mm, outside total
width 41.22mm, inside to outside width 4.50mm. The total thickness is .55mm.
These measurements taken with my caliper. Were all the shims the same thickness ? I assume they were. If anybody needs shims at least they will have the diamentions for there search. ILLCYA
If CAD/CAM files need to be made, then I can provide them. I am not trying to take customers away from a future aftermarket contributer but this forum has provided me with enough that I don't require payment. Just let me know and I will mock something up.
