Under absolutely NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you or anyone else buy anything from a Maroone dealership. This craphole is the very definition of RIP OFF. Do yourself a favor and pass on this piece or s**t.

Hi all,

Rather want stock. No dragster usage. No offense but much better feel to it. Also the price level is too high. I'll wait until it drops to better levels. But the blackone in fl, if they sell it for 15k we are buying it. Know of any other cars in close to 33061 area? Preferrably dealer..

Well, at least you have been warned. Good luck!

That is why I am thinking of giving an offer that they will take. 13k cash tomorrow. It cannot be that bad. It is a cardealer. Any better suggestions for my dad to look at? 20 min range 33062 areacode.

Maybe it is a communications thing, but when M3pig says that the dealership is a ripoff, it typically means that the dealership has very bad business practices. At the minimum, I would recommend that you check with the local BBB and see what their rating is, and see what complaints are filed against them.

What is the local BBB? Where can I do that?
I have found other in FL area but as they are not at dealers I cannot ask my father to look at them. Does anyone have carfax possibilities to check this vehicle? Thanks again for all hints, opinions and help.

Hey FUBU .... I've been lurking on this thread for a while and I feel that you are jumping into something you might be sorry for. The dealer mentioned has had previous bad reports on their practices, and you've seemed to just shake it off with a sense of teenage impulsiveness, and are willing to jump in anyway. Just my feelings here, and mean no disrespect.
You have mentioned that there is not a real issue with money, and that your father has time and travel issues to look at a car for you. OK ... be that as it may.... why don't you plan to jump a flight in, stay with dad and have a forum member or two hookup with you guys, and find a car. The cost of the flight and lost time in Sweden, is a small percentaqe of what you expect to pay for all the expenses of getting a car back to Sweden. Besides, you can then buy a car that has had your "butt" in the seat during a test drive.
Again .... Just my $.02

Very wise entry. Probably the best I have read. Also, now after having washed my White n/a and driven it for 30 minutes I am getting second thoughts. I have been jumping back and forth everyday. The wing and frontlip sets me back, the price and performance puts me forward. I am popping over in feb so no hurry. But to pay 13k for that one can be a great deal.

its only a great deal if you dont have to drop 5000 to 6000$ in repairs. there are many respected members on here that have dealt with most of the dealerships and i would value their opinion. also realize that just because its at a dealership that doesnt mean it wont have problems or mechanical issues. there are many places that only concerned with making a profit without any concern for the customer. a private sale is many times a safer buy than a dealer.
i have a suggestion..... take a break. continue to search but sit back and search for what you really want not what appears to be a good buy. when the right car comes along it will feel right all, the negotiations will flow without issue and you will get that warm fuzzy that says this is the car you have been searching for. just my .02

LOL.... I noticed that you put SRT-6 badges on the back and sides of your NA, so it probably already feels pretty fast. And that already makes it a one of a kind, as I would say no one else has a fake SRT. I don't understand why you would advertise your car to be something that it is not.

I like the design, white, with srt badges. It is the only one in Sweden. Performance wise It isnt. Well i do not care whether it's a fake or not. I am going to make my new srt look just the same anyhow. I do think that the n/a is quick. With the badges my car does go quicker as almost all ricers back down. They do not know much about this car but now of the srt badge. I like the photos reminded me on how nice the car is...

I will pop over in feb and look at some cars and get a tan. Until then I await bonus and will be driving my fake srt badged n/a with a smile. Thanks for the comments.

It is funny that you mention that it make the ricers back down, because when I saw you had put SRT badges on your NA, I thought that was such a Ricer thing to do. Put a performance badge on your car to fool others into thinking you have something you don't. To each their own i guess. It is a nice looking ride.

Ŕ n/a can nEver be a ricer, with or without srt badges. I like the badge colours aswell. Suits the car. It looked naked without them. If I am a ricer, not really, then i would not consider buying the srt and removing the frontlip and wing. I am after performance with the exact look of my n/a car above.
What they do call me, is the troll. Not the ricer.

Your blue one rocks though. Also the interior. I just need to find the right one who is the tech specialist on the board? Know of any that can make the n/a wing to work? I'll make a manual switch otherwise.

Rudy Compart(rcompart) should be able to tell you how to make it work... or if it wont....

a couple of others have disabled the auto feature of the wing I think....

edit: it will work... I just remembered about Guran's cars...
