Mkay Tom. No one called anyone a moron. Everyone makes a moronic comment now and then, doesn't make them a moron. Thank you for your opinion, though. Now, what do you really think of the caliper covers?

I realize i'm reviving an old thread here but...

1) Does this company still make these?

2) Did they ever find an N/A to get fitted?

Thanks,
Eric

Eric the best way to get this look on an NA is to upgrade the brakes properly....

WOW! Those look GREAT! Can you tell me what brake kit you got.. and are those painted or powdercoated or... spit shined? Or made out of space shuttle material!?

Also... my inner cheapskate came out... I saw that whoever loaned their vehicle for fitment got a free set... I got excited.

Regards,
Eric

No sir, I did an SLK32 (SRT) conversion on all four corners of my limited. And I spent about 6 hours in the paint booth making them look like that

Thanks, I really like the look as well, I ended up having to use an acrylic paint pen to get something to REALLY stick to those clips. All these water based paints the shops have to mix now are $hit for jobs like this....

I thought about paint as well but then I thought, I don't want to waist time to repaint cause Im sure at some point it will have to be done...so thats why I decided to go chrome...chroming them was only 55 dollars and I had a bunch of other stuff I needed chromed for my vette so I figured I'd just throw it in the mix and see how it turns out.

you can barely see it but it really the only shot I have

Those do look good, and an awesome price to boot.

I saw a new Z06 vette with body color calipers and chrome brackets like that, looked AMAZING...

Sorry for the poor image quality as I was outside of my wifes work taking these, but unfortunately my vette looks like this for the time being as Im ripping all the guts out of her to do the hydro carbon interior...Can't wait to have all my cars back and ready to drive...I haven't even seen my white srt6 in about 6 weeks...

Cars are a drag!! but happy when they are ready to drive

Nene added 18 points and Johan Petro, who stepped into Denver's starting lineup a month ago in place of injured Kenyon Martin (knee), had a season-high 14 points in helping Denver win its second in a row since a 1-5 stretch.

Vette looks good, I have always liked the painted stripe around wheels that sets off the calipers. I have been contemplating eventually doing something on mine similar, just not sure...
