VIN lookup request
Put a request on the Southeast board for someone to eyeball this car, but nobody's close to it just now, and I can't make a detour to scope it this week. 
Carfax & AutoCheck don't pull up anything unusual. But I might be missing something.
But I know some of you have access to pro level tools and have helped me spot a lemon in N.O.
