Default Tranny Leak?

I (finally) took my -6 Roadster out the other day; I haven't been able to drive since Decemeber due to surgery, so I had to have my 21 y/o daughter drive it. Now all she does is call - "Can I take the convertible today?"
After we left, my wife calls and says that there is "pink" fluid all over the garage floor; we were almost back, so we parked outside and let it set while I checked the fluid spill.
My first thought was power steering or transmission fluid, based on color and smell; PS reservoir was full with no evidence of leaks.
So I crawled under and looked and didn't see any leaks, no spots on the ground, etc.
Car has been parked since first week of December, and was serviced about a week before that.
I've checked everything I could find - Any ideas?

Thx,
KevinL

I did the write up of the tranny fix that is the power connector to the transmission unit. Low cost and easy enough to do your self. Enjoy Woody.

Recently, I had the experience of my 04 slipping out of gear after a spirited acceleration, only to re engage after a 3 second delay. Two days ago, was taking it to the shop to get the fluid level checked and it went it limp mode. I pulled over and had it towed to the tranny shop. This morning they pulled it in and called me to say that fluid wasnt even hitting their dipstick (yup, connector.). So, now Im waiting to hear if any damage was caused. I just went out front and sure enough, theres fluid in a small pile of leaves that was under the car. Wet leaved looked wet due to melted snow so I didn't notice it.
