I have gotten on people for crowing and name dropping companies for basically doing what they do...
Selling products and making profits.
EUROCHARGED HAS DONE FAR MORE THAN THAT.
While I wanted something changed on my SRT and was expecting a bill of, as I told my wife $600. to $700. Jerry Thornton did the unimaginable (AGAIN) and covered my service for the cost of overnight shipping!
In business involving service for many years, I felt I had done as much or more than any vender I had ever dealt with in customer service. EuroCharged has once again blown my mind with service most companies small or large would ever do for me as a customer.
I only wish they had a more diverse inventory (possibly groceries or cleaning products) so I could experiance more of their world class customer service. In this tough economic time, this company deserves your business. They have the Service that makes great companies great.

The boys need to move to Australia and show other shops how it's done! Customer service in some industries seems like a distant memory. I had better service from the US than from my own backyard! Well done fellas. PS.....I just remember I have to book in another tune....LOL!

 

I agree with this statement ......JERRY is also tops in my book already and i have only had my srt-6 for about 7 weeks....and i don't get impressed easley....

 

Same here, cant complain about Eurocharged, a great bunch of guys that know there stuff, and are great to deal with.. now where can we buy eurocharged stock?
