Anyone have a spare ECU to sell. I don't want to use my original to tune.

 

Buying a spare ECU will cost you more than just having it tuned... it will have to be programmed for your car on a MB system... not easy or cheap...

Look at Eurocharged's site... they have(?) a new tool that lets you store a tune and plug it in to the OBD port and upload..... so you could have mulitple tunes... Don't know if it is available yet...

 

I'm aware of the extra cost otherwise I wouldn't have posted.

 

its not as simple as purchasing one and putting it in the car. They are vin encoded and have to be done so at the dealer.
