Default AUTOWEEK COVER CAR

Check out this week's issue. It's on the cover. Nice story inside, too.
Still hate the rear wing.

Ditto on the wing,I thought the story was a little hard on stock Xfires ,and a little to shallow on a true test drive. Nothing really new said.

Default Hard-On X-Fire

Dan;

I'm really getting tired of people being hard on the X-Fire. It is a great package. It rides great, my roadster has the best looks of any new entry vehicle, the interior is very nice and functiomal. These people should put their (HARD-ON) to its intended purpose.

I think because the xfire is made off an older existing platform that auto mags don't really give it 's do.PORSCHE gets to do it .And Corvette.Mustang.

Autoweek 8-9-04 on the SRT-6 has plenty of good stuff,most notably cornering ability and power.But it also has a brutally stiff suspension that is not helped in the slightest by the way low profile tires.

I guess I'm going to test drive the new C6.
