New SRT-6 Owner (With Pics!!!)
Well, I finally made it into the club. Ive loved these cars since the day they came out. Finally coming into an age where it has become feasible to make owning one a reality, sometimes good things come to those who wait. Its been some time in the making and after trying to ****** up a couple of these with under 10k miles, they were sold literally the day after I was calling. A day late and a dollar short I guess. Not much is in store here around the Toledo area, so there was one in Chicago that was begging for me to see it. With 25k miles, the price was right at 17.5 so I jumped. What a joy to own. Just glad I got it for the winter...............so I can put it away, get a few intitial mods done, then jump right into a full summer of FUN!!! We have had a relatively decent week of weather this week so I drove it for the whole week. Today I detailed it and grabbed the camera and made her the subject of my other love(photography). These are such nice cars, I am surprised to have taken notice that these have not been used much in a true photo shoot. Anyhow, hope you enjoy the pictures. There will be more to come in the future, maybe interior shots during the winter while its in the garage, who knows. I do know one thing however,

Looks like one of mine! While you have her put up for the winter (whatever that is) get familiar with the car and this forum. LOTS of info and LOTS of great folks here. Before you know it spring will be here and you will be attending your first XF meet!

Great looking Graphite SRT6, welcome to the forum and enjoy your "Spring" ride. Where are you located, since there is a mention of winter? By the way, check out the thread below to see if your SRT6 is listed. If it is, just provide your VIN# and I will add it to the list......

Welcome. So how does she run!? I was looking at that one here and there with thoughts of getting a coupe to go along with my roadster. Great pics and enjoy the mods. I'd reccomend replacing the intercooler pump and an intake. Also, getting some low dust brake pads will really pay off.
Welcome JJeling to the forum and congratulations on that beautiful srt-6!
I think I ogled this one in Chicago for sometime online - but ended up snatching a silver one for myself last month, just reached 8800 mile this week … As you said when it came out it was not feasible for me too, but then I forgot about them all these years till I found this forum. Have a blast and yes - more pictures!!!!!!!

Fifth Third Bank in the background is appropriate since you may need them when you get the modding bug....enjoy...and watch out for those MI pot holes when you cross the line...there are some big ones...
