E55 intake help?

E55 intake help?

i bought a E55 intake for my srt-6 and from what i have read on another site they do fit the srt-6 ...before i start putting it on is there any thing i need to do to it ?i have heard that the sel55 has to be cut and shaped and i just don't want to put the E55 intake on to find out it needs this or that to fit right....(.thank you for any input you may have )

I dont know about the E55 intake, but the SL55 intake will work fine..... you will need to make some simple brackets to mount it properly..... I will have to dig up BrianBraves post on how he did his simple brackets...
