I already know all this, not because I've read up on it because I've actually done it! Everything that I post are things I've actually done (hands on) I hate to sound like a know it all but it sure does frustrate me when people say certain things wont work when I know they work great..

 

just don't want people to think it is as simple as you make it sound...parts are hard to come by when **** starts flying around under the hood...not pretty...

As far as crank pulley go, check all the carnage from crank pulleys on MBworld. Lots of blown E55's from cheap and untested crank pulleys. Use a tested know quantity when buying performance parts even if it costs more. It'll be cheaper in the long run.
