Default Trouble with 181 mm ec pulley install

Hi guys, i'm new to the xfire mod scene. I've recently tried to have the ec 181mm pulley kit installed by my local mechanic but he informed me that he couldnt get the pulley on because it was hitting the water pump? Has anyone else come across this problem before? If so how can i fix it?
Any help is welcome. Thanx, Matt.

the kit should have a smaller water pump pulley that has to be installed. also a different length serpentine belt will be needed

Thanx for the quick reply. That is what I thought. Will have to tell my mechanic in the morning.

I installed a 181 mm pulley kit from Eurocharged and there was a smaller water pump wheel and a new idler and bearing and did not need a different length belt. I put a new one on but it was the stock length and it works just fine.
