Thank you very much for the additional information listed in the spreadsheet for those Crossfire SRT6's located in Europe. It is difficult to find the Vehicle Identification numbers (VIN#) on sales sites in European countries, they seem to be omitted from the sales listing. I rely on members like you, located in Europe to supply missing numbers in the SRT6 VIN# database.
I will add this information to the existing database and publish it soon. I am currently having difficulty updating the information on our site and they've been notified, awaiting a response.

Well who ever stole this one, knew what parts to steal; headlights, wheels are 2 of the more expensive and limited available parts. I wonder where the parts where those parts were sold. It does appear to be rebuildable.

High tide in Indiana? Someone that owned this one had Purdue University floor mats. Looks like water marks on the seats from the flood, wonder how deep the water was during the flood. It is a new VIN# for both databases. I can't imagine the cost associated with rebuilding this one, this will be a parts car.

I’m French and I have purchased recently a SRT6 from the 6X serie but not yet on your registered pdf.
Mine comes from Finland at the beginning in 2007 and comes to Spain in 2009.
Since 1 month it’s mine in French and for now in the registration procedure.

Welcome to the Crossfire Forum! The Crossfire SRT6 was manufactured for 2 years, 2005 (5X) and 2006 (6X). The 2006 year model was a special order car that a customer ordered at a Chrysler dealer, the dealers did not buy them for their inventory sales to the public, since they were higher priced than the other Crossfire Models, such as the limited, SE or base models. The dealers had excessive cars in inventory, especially in the USA. Chrysler built only 296 model year 2006 SRT6's, so you have a very rare car.

I will need the 5 numbers beyond the 6X*****, the color and whether it is a Coupe or a Roadster. There were 5 colors used on the SRT6 model for 2006, Black, Aero Blue (medium blue), Sapphire Silver Blue (Silver Blue), Graphite Gray (medium gray) and Machine Gray (Blueish Gray, 2006 only).

The 2005 SRT's had an emblem on the rear deck lid below the Crossfire letters. In 2005, the Crossfire letters were located higher on the deck lid to accommodate the SRT6 badge.

There were exceptions in the 2006 SRT6's, the new emblems had the same lettering and size as all of the other SRT badging on Dodge and Chrysler models. Those "new" 2006 badges were located above the front fender strakes, with no emblem on the rear deck. There were exceptions to the 2006 badging, on those 2006 SRT6's (10) delivered to the USA, they had the 2005 badging, for whatever reason, unknown!

ive been noticing 2 style of badges , "srt6" and "srt-6" the way im seeing it is srt6 is on convertibles and the srt-6 is on the coupes, is that correct

All badges for the 2005 model year are chrome plated with Black SRT lettering and a red square with a chrome 6. There were no different badges for the coupe vs. the roadster and NO hyphen marks between the SRT and the 6. Time to make an appointment with your eye
doctor.
