05srt6rebuild Thanks for the information regarding your mission to rebuild this SRT6 Coupe. I've added your forum name to the existing line in the database with the info you've supplied. It will appear in both databases, since it will be road worthy, but have a branded title. Is the hood and roof plastic dipped in a matte black finish?
Good luck with your SRT6 and all future mods.... Dennis

If that damage that appears in the fender is the only damage, that insurance company has NO idea what that car is worth. IAAI has established a value of $4200 on the SRT6. It's worth buying as a parts car. AMX1397 should buy it for his next project of a twin turbo.....
Thanks once again! Dennis

My Grandson was just paid $7,100.00 for his 2004 coupe. Granted it was super clean but had 117000 miles on it. They said that was market value, not blue book. Insurance tries to not pay replacement costs. Blue book has turned into a joke.
Re: SRT6 Serial Numbers ~ PDF format file...continued
Well I went as high as 1900.00 but still being out bid. To much risk since I am over a 1000 miles away and did not get it inspected. Good Luck, Only 5 bidders including me.

Thanks for the update on your current ownership of the SRT models. Looks like you've bought two of the SRT's from Grip Grip (SSB) and AMX1397 (Graphite Super Charged V8). Great to see these cars going to another long time forum member.
Your information has been added to the database and will appear at the next published update.
Cheers.... Dennis

Hi all wanted to put some info on here for our 05 SRT we believe to be second owners bought her in 17 with only 74,958 owned her for over 4 years now and only has 91,438.
VIN 1C3AN75N05X042528
Her nick name is ROYAL because we found a royal purple crayon melted under the trunk lid and the cars tendency to smell like crayons.
She has attitude and demands a lot of attention gets jealous if I work on any other car but her.
I have put a lot of work into her from alternator to the cup holder.
Right now getting the top left top cylinder rebuild by top hydraulics.
Got the buzzer out rebuilding it/ bought a new one.
Trying to figure out why the map lights/fog lights won’t come on when we get out now. (Maybe because the buzzer is removed).
We are replacing all the tmps sensors right now and hopefully we can get the tmps light off for the first time in 4 years.
Please add ROYAL to the list with loving parents that will never give up on her!

Thanks for responding to this thread, I've added you info to the specific line in the VIN database and will appear at the next time I publish the update. If you haven't purchased the replacement TPMS for each wheel, you will find the Schrader brand number 33700 which is the universal that can replace the OEM 2005 Crossfires. It also has the metal body as well.
Enjoy "Royal Purple".... Dennis

I was surprised the driver's door airbag didn't activate, guess not enough force to set it off. Looks like the front suspension was affected, since the exhaust tips seem forced out beyond the usual, tucked in position. The grille is damaged as well.
Looks like some small dent above the rear wheel well. Based upon the visible and non-visible damage, repairs may not be warranted due to the existing miles on the ODO + the branded title scenario.
Thanks for another find..... Dennis

Valiantsrt6 Congratulations on the purchase of the Aero Blue SRT6 coupe and welcome to the Crossfire Forum. You do have one of the more rare SRT6's, with less than 300 manufactured for the 2006 model year. The forum has a wealth of information collected since 2005 on the SRT6 model of the Crossfire. By using the SEARCH button at the top of the main page, I'm sure you will find any subjected previously discussed on any subject, whether maintenance or performance upgrades.
Do you have any information as to the number of previous owners of your SRT6, my records indicate a prior owner with the forum name of Bravefart.
Thanks for responding to this thread. Your information will appear at the next time I publish an update on the forum.

Rawn?
Your verbiage is very confusing, aside from the details of the photo and VIN#. I assume Rawn joined the forum in April 2011, BUT you indicate that Rawn is your friend that sold you the SRT6 pictured above recently. Then, who are you in this confusing post? Are you using Rawn's forum name to respond to this tread?
Reread your post and provide me with the correct information and I'll add your information to the SRT6 VIN# database.
Sound like a plan? Dennis

Sorry, I think I joined the forum with the name Rawn back in 2011 when I got this car from Rawn, still my best friend. My name is Chris, sorry for the confusion.
