Default Any interest in a custom shiftboot for the SRT?

Just seeing if any of you guys would be interested in a shift boot for our automatics as shown in the picture below. I'd like to get some feedback on the color/material preference. Options would include leather, suede, single color or two tone, different stitching patterns/colors. I will probably have a batch made if there is enough people interested, pricing should be more than fair.

Nope just makes the center console look hella cleaner. All of my past cars have been manual and I probably wouldn't even get the SRT if I didn't get to drive a few AMGs in the past, Benz can get away with auto on the SRT thanks to the very nice powerband, quick shifting, and fairly smart tcu.

No.. really.. This has been done on other cars for ages but that's not what I was asking. The boot in the pic is for a MT Crossfire as is, I was seeing if there was interest in specific colors/materials that is not currently an option out there

O.K. I have a six speed standard, and years ago I bought a two toned shift boot to match my interior. Somebody on this forum tipped me off to them, so they are out there.

It is for a Manual crossfire but I wanted to see if I could put it on the auto and what do you know, it went on perfectly. no cutting or modifying anything.
The boot comes in different styles and stich patterns also

Mike-in-Orange back in 2008, found this company see link :::: Shift Style :::: Home. They made them for about $35.00. Nice job and lots of variety.

Maybe you should ditch your account as well, your automotive knowledge regarding basic bolt ons is astounding.

wow - this is almost as good as WCW!.....

Looks neat.....
But seriously folks - isnt this a little of a concern for the wife's (or should I say - unfamiliar drivers) out there?
I can just hear it now....."honey (or hey mate) - I just backed the SLK into a wall - thought I was in drive....!"

Those interested in this thread might also find this interesting as an accompanying mod - I think these ***** look swish....and pardon the punn - a "reversible mod"....

I looked up your profile and I found this very telling, 'xman03 has not made any friends yet'. I wonder why.

Steve is one of the most knowledgeable members on this forum... I'd retract that statement if I were you.

Cheers,
