Default Eurocharged Customer Service

So far, it's freakin' amazing. I probably emailed back and forth a dozen times before actually buying the 65mm pulley from them. They answered every one of my questions extremely quickly, assured me there's no issue installing it myself, reminded me that they offer phone support during the install if needed and took the time to review my "wtf is making this clicking noise" thread to make sure I was buying the right thing.

I'm sure this isn't new to you guys but it's nice to have something nice to say about a company sometimes. Have a good day everyone!

Damn ,I like hearing stories about a company like this that knows how to do business. It makes you want to deal with them. They get it.

I've had many a Crossfire and my MB C230K Coupe tuned by EC. The pulley swap out is pretty straight forward.

I went through a EC sponsored shop close by me and I wasnt impressed with their knowledge and tune. Gonna give it another try.

With that said Adam and Jerry have been helpful for me and more then likely I will send my ECU to Jerry to tune.
