Default SRT Model Gone??

Has CD pulled the SRT model? It doesn't come up on their web site any longer.

Your right I was unable to view it as well. I tried a different zip and refreshed the screen. I am only showing 4 models to choose from. They must be having problems withthe site.

Even if you go to Edmunds.com it doesn't show up there either!

Not there with my puter
I checked my old site "SRT forums" (when I had my Magnum ordered) and there is no mention either way.
I PMd one of the key players and once I hear from him I will post the word he finds out. :?

D/C just mailed me a 2005 Crossfire brochure. The SRT-6 and SRT-6 Roadster are prominently featured, so....

As I just said in a previous post, the rep offered an SRT roadster to my dealer and he refused it saying that it would be difficult to sell a $50,000 roadster in New England at this time of year.
I wonder if that's going to be a universal problem, the $50,000 tag. I wouldn't be surprised to see the SRT model with a short life. I would think there would be a pretty limited market for it. I guess time will tell.

EXPECT between 1,000-1500,SRTs Cpes & Converts. EACH. If they build more than that they'll be discount's like $10k.

I think the 3.2 engine maybe one more year.

They were posted in autoweek.
They were based off production of AMG engines and how many they sold in SLKs.The estimate of sales. They can make more if demand went higher but I don't it will !That estimate is also over more than 1 year sales demand in AMG,SLKs.

Sure as SH*T, they have removed the SRT6 from their products on their website... HMMM !!! Thankfully I just got a confirmation of my order from my dealer... May be a good investment if it ever arrives...

I just stopped by Courtesy Chrysler (formerly Maryland Motors) in Rockville Md and saw one, sticker price $46K. The dealer came out asked if I wanted an appraisal on my xfire and maybe he could get me in it. I want to supercharge the one I have but now am thinking about getting the srt6. I don't know what I will do now.

I will get my SRT-6 Coupe probably in December here in Switzerland. I already own a SLK32 AMG and I am more than happy with the engine and handling. The engine is breathtaking powerful (especially on the German Autobahn and I never had any problems with it.
So I am looking forward to drive the SRT-6!

Looking at thsoe pics of the one at Chicago, the main differences are, obviously the engine, different wheels, static spoiler and what looked like suede seets and a new engine cover. For the extra cash I'd like to see a slightly better interior to make it stand out, white dials, real metal dash etc..
