Default New owner, need service help and tips.

I have no idea how to service the I/c pump or make sure it is working correctly. It is a Bosch but i'm unsure if it's already been replaced. Any tips on changing the engine oil? Fleece filter serial number? etc.... I typically do this research before purchase, but test drove this car as I was shopping for a challenger and knew it was the one. AAAND what is up with the tow button? Any ownership tips would be much appreciated.

Welcome and congrats. you will find this a fantastic source of info for your new ride. Rob at Needswings (post before this 1) is a great source for perf parts as well as a knowledgeable contributor. You bought the right car so you are def a member of the perma grin club as TomSRT so aptly implied!

Easiest car to change oil and ever. Buy an oil evacuated and you don't even have to ever get under the car. No fuss or muss. Get the synthetic oil an sale with the filter combo and save time money and ensure it's done correctly. The filter is accessed on top front of the engine so it's easy as 123. :-)

Enjoy

I was also able to disable the tire pressure monitoring system by going through the dome light assembly, so I don't have that light staring me in the face.

I replaced the Bosch IC pump with a new one for the black car. I posted pix how it had cracked. Its a 45 minute job you can do yourself. While I was at it, I replaced the Bosch pump one the graphite one, but was clean with no problems. Saved it. I preferred the Bosch because its plug-n-play.
