Met my first, last and only wife not because she was into me, at first, but because she was in love with my '86 Monte Carlo SS. Turned out that she was a bigger gear head then I was. She had previously owned a '68 Corvette Stingray 427 Tri-Power 4 speed, a '70 Dodge Challenger R/T 440 Six Pack, and a '82 Datsun 280ZX Coupe. When I first met her, she just had to show me the pictures of her "kids" that she kept in her wallet. What I wouldn't give to have just one of those parked in the driveway right now!

 

Drove the G8 GT a couple of years ago and it was really nice car but, the GXP is whole different animal. In fact I have never seen a G8 GXP in person, just photos.

The evening before I went and looked at my Crossfire I spent four hours at a Chevy dealer trying to get the price I wanted on another Malibu. When that failed they tried to get me into a Cruize, right about then my wife called and asked how it was going. She told me just about the same thing as above, screw the sensible get the convertible you have wanted for the past five years. Two days later thanks to my wife I had my Xfire.

 

Gentleman, please feel free to refer me to any and all single women that you may find that fit previous descriptions of said wives.

Or I guess I'd settle for a G8 instead...
