The price is great for the mileage, unless the Carfax is bad or there are issues the photo doesn't show.

Thank you for fixing the link Grip. Yeah I called them today and left a voicemail. Sucks that they don't open on Saturday. I'm close to Sarasota so it's a 3 hour drive, I'm gonna try to do everything over the phone so I won't waste there time and mine. Everything in the pics look great. So I'm not sure why it's priced that low, hopefully it may be just the inter cooler problem which is an easy fix!

It is priced where it is suppose to be, there is no market for these cars. If your buying one now, buy to keep. Crossfires have no resale.

Really?? I do plan to keep it for a while. I was planning on that for my N/A but I saw a chance to upgrade!

That car is a steal at that price. Check the ad, the dealer has no clue what that car is. Not a turbo and has no sun roof. Generic ad that dealer just changed to Crossfire. Sorry, but I have to disagree with Philosophico. That car is about 4k under value from a dealer. There is a market for these cars, it's just not that big. SRT6's will always sell if they are clean. Check the Vin and see if it belonged to someone on the forum. If it has a clean carfax and its mint, BUY IT!!!

I agree with Vinny here. That price is a steal.
AND,,,,,

Amazingly, the NA is more sellable than the SRT6.

So, do not expect the higher original MFLP difference to translate to the used car market. So you may be in a good trading position with the dealer, if he wants to try..

You will likely do OK trading out for your NA if it is in good shape.

The only premium on SRT6 cars is if they are virginal coupes with extremely low mileage or they are a roadster.

Ohh yeah thanks, I forgot that it said Turbo and the sun roof so I might be able to ****** it away from someone who doesn't appreciate that wonderful car! I hope I do get an ok trade in. Or at least go even.

I have both an SRT6 and an NA. There is no comparison.

Unless you are an old school fool like me who insists on rowing your own gears, the SRT6 will please you every time you ask it to perform.

And the day will come when the SRT6 will command a collector's price because it is so unique,,,,and so friggin fast.

Keep in mind, a dealership isn't in business to break even. Do a search on Edmunds for the trade-in value of your car, so you don't get caught off guard. I don't think it's realistic for you to expect an even trade.

I owe 6k on it still. And it looked on the Kelly blue book thing and said that the dealership it's worth 6,000 and if I want to sell it on my own it's worth 7,500

The SRT is considerably faster, unless your N/A has a V8 conversion in it. The SRT is good for just over 100 more HP than your car is before your mods. And a CAI and Tune isn't going to get you ANYTHING near 100HP.

And $9995 for that car is a steal - $12K is probably about right, seems like I've seen several around the 65,000 mile mark sell for 12-13K this summer.

Of course, that is, unless there are problems with accident history, etc.

You should change your forum name from philosphico to pessimistico.

Yes, very slow. But you're still young. I'll take that over a fast car.

I realize I was speaking the obvious. But many a newbie here wonders what they can do to make their NA perform like an SRT. I have no idea of your knowledge of these cars. However, based on your OP I presume just a little bit limited.
If I am wrong, you have my apologies.

So if this wasn't smack talk, then be surprised when you drive the SRT. I was and it wasn't my first Supercharged car. The difference isn't noticeable, it is dramatic.

My NA is well modded and pushes 285 HP or more. The wife's SRT effortlesly leaves me in the dust. Of course, it could be that Cruxpyr Femella AKA "Crumpy" is just a better driver.

BTW, a well modded Ford Focus Turbo is nothing to sneeze at. And your sprint booster provides no extra power. It's comparable to going to a gun fight with pearl handles on your pistols.

Well, don't be doing that while you are driving. Kaaay?

Now I do not mean to burst your bubble but stock, our NA's are maybe in the top 30% of fast production cars cars. A decent Mustang GT can whoop it. They are quick but hardly remarkable.

The SRT6 is easily in the top 5% of fast production cars.

Neither is built to be a dragster, but the SRT's can hold their own at the track. However, they are both built to be driven cars. And at that they do excel over many other. Both the NA and the SRT can handle the Autobahn speeds for hours. And, they can be aggressively navigated at high velocities thru twisty roads like the 129 Dragon without bending fenders and suspension parts.

That said more simply, if you wish to be the boss at stop light public street races, the SRT will certainly land your **** in jail ahead of most anything out there. But if you want something as nimble as your NA, but quicker than a wet dream orgasm, go for the SRT6.

Throw about three grand into your NA and get a louder bark or go the distance and get a meaner pit bull.
