Appears to have markings "A 112 035 16" and date of 01/08/07 stamped on the outside. It measures about 174mm outside diameter. Has a mercedes logo on it.

Other markings on the inside of the pulley "2218 455 /211" and "AV65"

I think you are missing 00 on the end of that number
A 112 035 16 00
That is the updated Mercedes part number apparently...

 

Thank you. Must be a stock part fitted with a larger pulley, which I am reading is common.
