Yes, I have a good picture of the plate so I'll add it as well.
They are not my pictures, and I have no idea where I got them. Apologies to the real photographer, speak up if you are here and credit will be given.

It's ironic really. A Chrysler display touting an engine that Mercedes had been using for several years as if people should be impressed. Don't get me wrong, it's still impressive, both from an engineering perspective and, of course, to look at, regardless. I guess at the time it was okay to display the AMG badges as it was a symbol of the symbiosis between Daimler AG and Chrysler. Interesting pics. Thanks for sharing!

At the time Chrysler was Mercedes.

True, though I think he meant to highlight how AMG and Chrysler were not. Chrysler at the time was an arm of Mercedes, like AMG, so-to-speak.

first time I have ever seen a picture of an SRT engine with the builder's name plate on it. They weren't sold that way.

So I guess it's really an AMG engine with SRT plenums. I think that solves the identity problem.
