I just bought a SRT6 roadster last month and the intercooler pump went out and thanks to this forum I was able to replace it with few issues. Ever since I replaced it the car just does not seem to have the same power and I noticed it only revs to 4000 RPM in park, but it revs past that when driving, I assume that normal? I have primed the new pump and bleed the air from the system. the engine has no mods just stock. I also just got the P0410 error code.

 

The engine is limited to 4000 in park or neutral from the factory. So that's normal. You can read about the code in this thread.

Is the secondary air pump on the drivers side near the front on the STR6? i was going to change the" blue check valve" to see if i could get ride of the P0410 code but i cannot find it.

 

Yes, it is mounted on the driver side fender well. The 'normal' cause of this code is burnt relay contacts on the air pump relay in the K40 ( RCM ) module.
You can send the RCM to tighed1 and for 20 smackeroos he'll replace that relay, solder the troublesome connections and install the "me so horny" mod.
