A few years ago, I purchased a full set of SRT wheels from a member here. I bought them for that eventual day when the curb rash or some failure (like a crack) would render the original ones useless.
They came in pristine condition and I put them away.


Last month I had them out of storage at my factory warehouse and they were still in excellent shape. Crumpys SRT had a small leak and I suspected it was the wheel. So last week I demounted the tire and had it checked. Sure enough it was the wheel.


No problem, I have extra's I told the tire guy. Only I didn't. When I opened the Crossfire parts box (a big 4x4 foot cardboard tote) it had all my NA wheels and the two front SRT wheels. The rears, covered with green tape, were gone.


It seems I have a thief working for me. I hope he got a lot at the scrap yard for them.


ANYway, I am on the hunt for at least one rear SRT wheel. Two would be fine if priced right. Condition is irrelevant but at least fair would be preferred.

I have been away from the Crossfire site and market for a couple years. Been playing with Corvettes and have no idea what they are bringing these days.
When you say "if priced right what are you thinking for a pair? I have had a full set for years for just the same purpose. At this time my SRT's plates expired March of 2012 and it has been in storage since and all the extra parts I have acquired seem unneeded.
