Default Minus the screws

we had an oem c32 supercharger casting sent in for some portwork on the side runners and coating, we also coated the inside of the case itself for a better/smoother seal. pretty pictures, enjoy

Will there be a before and after Dyno graphs? What is expected 1/4 mile wise from this kind of work?

his car has been down for a few years from what I am understanding. so very doubtful that he has a before, even if he did it would be waaay before.

this is no earth shattering performance gains by doing just this alone. it is all part of the grand scheme of reducing restrictions in the airflow paths. he already has our manifolds which are port matched so they will all work together and compliment each other

I would not suggest anyone taking apart their supercharger this far just to get the work done. he came to me with an already disassembled supercharger and we are helping to build it back together from that point.

that would be expensive compared to the gains you will net. But, when an engine is apart and you are about to re-assemble...why not. Nice job...

Yes, that's what I suspected. But does make for nice pictures.

can you post a length and diameter of the rotors - blade section is most important so as to compare against L55 rotors, but if you have a sketch showing lots of detail - we never mind sharing here....
also important is the degrees of twist it goes through per rev. That's probably hard to explain

Along those terms, would you happen to know where/how to get the seals for the front of the SC. Mine was just replaced but I was able to keep the old one and the leak was coming from the clutch. Has to be a seal, right???

you gotta remember - the front of the supercharger is a gearbox. I don't think you would be getting a leak from there....

I do. You can believe all you want but I've seen where SC oil was coming out behind the pulley, from the clutch housing and spraying over hoses and my DCAI tube.

we have not yet made front gaskets, I will see how the copper gaskets turn out for the upper intake manifolds next week, we may cut the front gaskets out of that.

the rotors were not shipped in here to us, just the casing
