Air pump//relay ?
My air pump runs constantly or until it blows the large 40 amp (f4) fuse. According to the electrical schematics, it is supplied power through a relay and the relay is controlled by the ECM. My question is where is the relay and is it a possibility it is stuck on and causing the pump to continuously run?
The relay is in the RCM module, and yes it is a 99% chance that it's contacts are welded together.
Sent a PM to tighed1, he will replace the relay for you for around $20.
( look up the "Mystery No Start" thread below in the link I provided. )

Yes, that is the RCM module.
Didn't have your email address to send tracking # to 9405903699300280179813
Should be there already.
Once received I repair these and send them out within 24hrs of them arriving.
DOH!
Working with 3 Tom's at the same time. Well at least I know Tom got his back!
Your tracking number is 9405903699300281597456
Would be easier to track with emails. I need a sexretary to keep me in line!

had my RCM relay replaced and me so horny mod done but am still getting P0410 code. Would like to replace the airpump check valve next but having a hard time locating it. Have down loaded the manual but it only seems to show the standard V6 and not the srt6. Any help greatly appreciated
Download "2005_Crossfire_SRT6_Service_Manual.pdf" from the below link.
( or http://api.viglink.com/api/click?for...20%5B14.3MB%5D )
Section 25 has diagrams.
The function is the same for both N/A and SRT6, just the air pump location differs ( along with the extra air tubing )

The service manual picture wasn't much help to me personally in identifying the part but here is a picture of the part, small blue plastic valve between two hoses, and it's location.

What? Their idiotic sketches were not helpful to you either?
I wonder, are ALL Chrysler manuals as bad as the Crossfire's? Or is this a Mercedes thing?

Most say it is safer to disconnect the negative battery terminal first, I have swapped many without doing so and never had any problems.
YES - it's PNP.
