Default Help please

Just purchase a SRT6 2 weeks ago. The car only has 14k miles on it. I drove it to work today and everything was fine. I went to start it to leave work and the car wouldn't turn on. The key fob didn't work to lock or unlock the car either. Thinking it was the key fob and possibly the battery died, I ran over to target to purchase two new 2025 batteries. nothing again. the lock, unlock, and panic do not work on the car. I tried the reprogram trick and still nothing. when I put the key into the ignition and turn it to on, all the lights will come on, the pumps kick in and so on. but turning the key further to start it, nothing happens. thinking maybe the entire key fob wasn't working, I had my husband bring his key fob over that worked on the car the previous day. it wouldn't lock, unlock, or alarm either. once again, it also wouldn't start the car.

What would cause all of this. Any help would be great.

Thanks.
Senja

Where in Alabama ?
1. Could be RCM (K40) module.
2. Could be the battery. ( try disconnecting the negative terminal for 2 or 3 minutes, then reconnect.
3. Could be a blown fuse.
4. Could be the Pulse Module ( not likely ).

Sorry it's been so long to write back, my husband disconnected the battery and let it sit for a couple of minutes. After reconnecting it worked like normal again. Thanks for your help.

I'm in the Huntsville area.

Why I don't leave home without Torque Pro. Voltage is on the right of the third row. Engine is off. Have three more pages of readouts but use this one the most. Digital speed is easier to see than dash. Computer Carz R Phun.
