I don't worry too much about the numbers. Always use the same dyno if possible. That way you can measure the effectiveness of future modifications. Mine is a Mustang dyno and at first it had me at, trying to remember, more or less 270 hp with a code 3 pulley. Now I'm at 350 hp at 6000 rpm on the same dyno. The best and most reliable way to measure power is the mph at the end of the 1/4 mile. Even if you have a bad launch the mph at the end won't vary much. You numbers look correct for your modifications.
