Default Lug Nuts

Just wondering what are the best lugs on the market for our 15 spoke SRT6 rims?

You mean lug bolts. What is wrong with the factory ones?

Nuts or studs just make sure they are the domed variety.

Right lug bolts. Nothing is wrong with my stock ones I just want something that's going to be flashy. I guess I could just throw caps on my stock ones.

Search the Internet, there are some nice plastic caps in a variety of colors at a great price. Plus, they really do stay on.

I was thinking on going this route. I wanted either to pick up some black bolts or just do the caps. For the 7 spoke alloys I have right now the bolts should just swap over onto the 15 spoke srt6 rims correct? Also any idea on the measurement of the stock bolts?

Saw a video where you take a piece of cardboard, stick the bolts through it until they are seated (below the taper/threads), and use a good spray paint to paint them. The preparation must be done to get the paint to stick as designed though. I have not tried that yet but the wheel covers on mine would cover them nicely painted bolt heads anyway. Just an idea, for you to consider, if you have exposed bolt heads.

I literally put some black caps on my rims Tuesday I got off Ebay and 21 of them were gone by Wednesday afternoon lol. I must've gotten a wrong size. I'm interested in getting some black lug bolts but just can't seem to find the right size.

Hope you have better luck with yours!

That was my point... If there were anymore, they'd be gone too I probably should've hit them in with a mallet.

Must not have been right somehow, I had some plastic (rubber) for over a year, until just painting the bolts and never lost a single one.

That's really sucks man. Well I tested the caps and they are really going to be a snug fit and will require some force to get them properly set. We will see and if all else fails then I will just do the dinner plate cap or paint my bolts or even just get chrome bolts.

Get some good paint and an hour or two of prep, you'll like them a lot. I have no idea how your going to keep from damaging the paint when you tighten/rotate the tires though.

I ordered the black ones the other day and they fit perfect. Much better than the other ones I got off ebay that were gone in less than 24 hours. These were much tighter to get on and hammered them in with a mallet. None have come off yet, so I'm hoping I'm good now lol. Thanks for sharing that link!
