Just read through your other post. you said: so replaced f2 fuse and disconnected sc . drove the car a few miles VERY easily 1/4 throttle max . checked fuse , good . drove the car again around the block this time pedal all the way to the floor , sc still unhooked. fuse blew

Could it be that the sc did not even try to come on when you were at 1/4 throttle, but then at wot the PCM sent a signal to the sc clutch to engage and that is when the fuse blew. Could be the short is in the wiring from PCM to sc clutch or THE CLUTCH ITSELF IS BAD. splice 104 is located on top of the left side of manifold. Just a guess; I'm no electronic tech!

Your troubles have been spread out over three threads as far as I can see, this causes problems, I mentioned this valve and show a picture of its location in your latest thread.
Now we learn when the problem started, but it originally was mentioned in an earlier post. My advice is to keep all the problems and answers in one post, otherwise people get confused and give up, I am one of them.

It is located at the front left side of the engine on an N/A. In your other post 180 has a pdf file which has a picture. Might be a good idea to double check the sc clutch itself. That could be your problem.

Angry Re: crossfire expert in south west florida

I'm in Sanford FL - 2005 SRT-6 Coupe - Where can i find a top-line technician in this area that knows these cars. If I'm cruising at highway speed and accelerate hard, sometimes the supercharger just ain't there (no *****); other times totally normal. When this intermittent issue occurs the trans kicks down to the next appropriately lower gear- but it's like there's nothing there but an over-revving engine with no torque/boost.

From a standing start with a wide open throttle, the problem never shows up. It's only sometimes at cruise speeds in excess of 25 mph that this "no *****" situation sometimes occurs. I just need to find a decently qualified expert in the Orlando/Sanford/Daytona area that i can count on to properly diagnose and mechanically maintain this vehicle when **** goes wrong. I don't mind paying "boutique pricing" as long as I'm getting "boutique value".

This vehicle is essentially "showroom" and I would prefer to keep it that way. Please advise!
