killer chiller and our IAT's
Nice Jim, now when you hit the track, you can run back to back if need be. I kept hoping some kid in a Honda would run up on ya , an you would say, "Watch this"... lol. Great endorsement..
I have had my K.C installed for about 4 years. on the highway my IAT's are the same as my speed, between 50 and 90 mph. at 50 or below it will read 48 to 52 , at 80 my iat is 80 once i go past 90 the IAT's go up
at the track my iat is 49 to 55 during burn out by the time i get to the line they are back down to 50 to 55,, at the end of the quarter my IAT's ar 127 to 135,,by the time i get back to the pits i am down to 49 to 52 . jim

Jim, I cant fully figure out the killer chiller working principle, are there ac hoses running inside the box? if so, do the killer chiller work only when the air conditioner is on? (then the hoses should get cold when a/c on and cold ac hoses would make the water running in the box colder)

you tap into both the low and high side of your ac hoses (this requires an extra pound of Freon) somewhere in the front (mine is under the headlight is the Killer chiller) the KC has freon lines going to your ac ,,,and has water lines going to your supercharger pump,, to the tank,,, to the KC (i do not have a heat exchanger ) you could say i have the killer chiller in place of my heat changer , if you have your supercharger cooling system isolated from the car 's cooling system then you are half way there. jim
Yes, I moved my Batt to the trunk and had a tank made to fit where the batt was, it is 2.5 gal tank, wish i had a 3.5 tank.
I assume you have the intercooler water separated, this is the only way this KC works , then you put the kc in place of the heat exchanger the rest of your water system stays the same. if you order a Killer chiller tell joe (the owner0 you would like a discount as jim with the crossfire, told you to call. not promising the discount but try. you will get all the instructions with a kc. jim
