Srt6 intercooler replacement
Just replaced the intercooler pump on my 05 srt6 since i was losing power while driving. Replaced it with the bosch pump ending in 010 which i heard was the replacement pump and my car still loses power! Any idea what it might be? Car has 42k miles maybe new spark plugs?
The Intercooler pump failure feels like this: you drive for two minutes, everything is normal. Then you have no power the next time you engage the accelerator. It's pathetically weak and near impossible to accelerate. Then, two minutes later the power is back. That is because every two minutes the supercharger gets too hot without water flow and the computer senses the heat and shuts off the booost. The solution is the replace the Intercooler pump, unless you have other suspicions. Like, if you have a cooling system segregated by needswings products. Which can, hypothetically, let your coolant run low in your supercharger without affecting your coolant levels anywhere else. Hope this helps
Like the others have said, you need to add a lot more information about when and how it loses power. Also, include a picture of your engine bay, so I can see if you have the isolator system for your radiator lines. If you replaced the intercooler, and it is still segregated, you will have no fluid in the pump.
Are these things in your engine bay over near the coolant reservoir?

I had the same problem and replaced the intercooler pump and the problem persisted. Saw in the forum where wiring the pump so that it come on when ignition is turned on. Only took a few months with some electrical connectors and pices of wire. Just search the forum and look for intercooler wiring. Good explanation with pictures.
The supercharger works all the time now. I suspect a temperature sensor is the issue. Easier to do the wiring versus changing temperature sensor

you must have tucked those wires very well, lol
all kidding aside...
test the pump, it is an electrical part that can fail. gain access to the pump, if your lower shields are gone it will be easy. if not, then jack up the car and remove the front passenger wheel, remove the wheel well so you can touch the pump. turn on car and rev above 1600 rpms once, let it come back down to idle. then the pump should turn on and stay on until the car turns off. put your hand on the pump to feel if it is running. report back and we can continue.
