Have you rechecked your superchargers oil level after reinstalling it? NeedsWings sells the Jet Turbine oil you need. Normally you change the oil until every 100,000 miles. If the serpentine belt is off by one groove on any of the pulley's,you'll hear it. Squirrel Crusher

Clean intercooler makes it louder, Woody

IAT seem higher, is the IC clear of bubbles?

Not positive, but doesn't Chill Charger(water wetter)additive help with breaking down the little microscopic air bubbles, in addition to the other good things it does with the IC coolant?

my normal IATs were upper 20s to 30 degrees above ambient but now lower 20s system separated but that was with distilled water draining that an going with hyercool or water wetter, also I do have a aftermarket heat exheater definitely larger than stock I am resding my IATs from a torque app pro so I am guessing the temps are reading what the factory sensor is reading

I wrote up an article about using a thinner antifreeze mixture for the IC to improve the heat transfer. Pure water is better than antifreeze, it only used for freezing temps and corrosiion. I used 20% antifreeze and water pump treatment to keep the chemistry happy, Enjoy Woody.

The SC should not operate unless the magnet is energized although it will free wheel due to the air passing through it.
Could it be the air pump that is heard and not the SC? Maybe the air pump is operating all the time.
