coolant bypass hose
coolant bypass hose
hello all,
recently I developed a leak below my water pump. atm I am still sorting out if its one of the 2 hoses connected or the pump itself.
since my srt is a 2005 I though it might be a good time to start replacing all the hoses I can as they are all a bit soft.
however it took me quite a bit of research to find that the hose on the bottom of the pump was a bypass hose.
additionally I cannot seem to find this hose anywhere.
Is there a part number or source for this or can it be replaced with plain old heater hose?
I appreciate the community's help. and thanks for answers ahead of time.

Take out the fan and have a good look, it an easy part to remove, a connector and two clips and the whole assembly lifts out.
