As I was recently told by my tuner, the Ecu starts to pull timing after 53 degrees celsius, that's 127f. My car seemed to dramatically pull timing after 150-155f though.

No problem. The bubbles maybe a real issue for iat temps, my car ran 200+f just cruising when it got bubbles, after draining the system it came down to 130 WOT, with ambient temperature 85f

how did u drain the system? I have tried every. today ambient was 12c and a wot it went to 57c in second gear pull. I have split cooling, with all the goodies but cant seem to get iat under 15-20c above ambient while cruising.

opened the hose and drained, while adding water at the same time. First it was coming slowly and stopping from time to time, I drained it until the water started coming stopless and with better pressure. I circled on the picture the hose I detached while draining

Detach the hose circled. Pinch the rubber hose after the Y (return line) with the car running. See all the air come out!

I usually see +10c ambient, sometimes slightly less than 10 degrees, depends on traffic and driving style, but most often about +10 when cruising.

No, from Georgia, eastern part of Europe. Forgot to say, currently running DTK heat excharger together with the stock one and a 60mm pulley, soon will be doing dual pump and maybe some sort of belt wrap. You should try to see what are the iats during WOT at the end of the 3rd gear

I’m at 15c above ambient and 3rd gear pull and iat spike to 74c, I have brand new Bosch 010 pump, plm heat exchanger, new speed driven Intercooler, separated cooling and I put new iat and map sensor from Benz dealership. Never had this issue with old Intercooler

Can't tell you anything for sure, my guess there's an issue with the heat exchanger or split cooling. What boos do you see at the end of 3rd gear?

I finally figured it out, the brand new iat sensor I got from dealership was faulty, I put old iat sensor in and everything is normal again car is at 9-11c above ambient and only 51c wot 2nd gear pull when it’s 24c out side. Thanks for everyone’s help
