hi, does anyone has the number on the diode on the electrical connector of supercharger? it seems heat and age damage them.
by the way that photo is not my connector

Is it original state?
I think someone put the diode to check supercharger clutch works or not by led light.
I don't know what that diode do.
I had not look inside of connector.
Looks like they put it in to supress the reverse polarity surges caused by the collapsing field when the relay in the pulse module opens.
Any general purpose switching diode will do the job, say a 1N4004.
If you leave it out, expect the contacts on the relay to pit faster than normal, but that's the only consequence.
It is not shown in the 2005 SRT service manual diagrams, but a lot is left out of our service manuals.
Looks like you have more of a connector issue, rather than the diode itself. Yours looks physically OK, but you would need to test it. I am with @pizzaguy , a 1N4004 will work. If you cannot find that a 1N914 will also do the job.
the diode is inside the black connector to protect de ecu, since ecu sends ground signal to activate the magnet through the black wire, my diode was broken so I can not get the exact number. I think I had use a 1n4002 until I find the exact number they use.
