2005 Custom Crossfire SRT-6 Roadster
.
Seems to have a slight reference to the concept car. Anyway, it is quite unique! Bet it turns a lot of heads! Am sure glad it wasn't the 'Black Max'!!
.
.
Cousin of "Black Max", wonder which of the three owners did this custom paint and interior job. My bet is owner # 2, the 3rd owner must have taken off his heavily tinted glasses and traded it in, since the ownership was limited to less than 6 months.
I've scheduled an appointment with my Ophthalmologist for Monday, to evaluate my eye damage.
BTW, it is a new VIN# for the SRT6 database....

The exterior of the car sorta grabs me. But the interior takes away from the overall look of the customized roadster. CarFax shows the ownership of 3, but no history for the past 3-4 years (Owner #2 has a 5+ year period w/o any history - probably when the car was altered, as DTMenace stated above). Clearly a collector's car sitting in the last owner's collection out in California.
By the way, if you go to look at the Chevy dealer where this car is currently sitting, you will find the other 3 cars this dealer purchased from the collector's group: 2002 M-B SLK32 AMG, 2003 Audi RS6, 2007 Jaguar XKR Convertible.
Enjoy,
Dennis E.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
it appears as though that a few members agree that the front number is the best part. I too would agree but the rest is paint. Pretty simple to fix that.
interior modifications are easy too but it’s pretty unique as is.
And it appears as though whoever modded it worked out an alternate solution to the surfboard fixed wing spoiler.
IDK but to me it’s got a lot of great potential.
change the colour and you have an interesting ride.

Hmmm
it’s 2022
not 2002
27k is not a crap ton of dough
that number doesn’t get you much in the way of vehicles today.
it’s on a dealers lot and we all know they’ll sell for less
This one is one of one with 10k miles.
I’ve seen lots of XF’s posted for more
If it wasn’t for the paint scheme along both sides I would wager that there would be several members voicing a more favourable option.
Gotta look past the paint and not toss around nickels as though they’re manhole covers.
