Looking for new headlight lenses for both sides or the complete headlight assembly. Obviously, Chrysler states a discontinued part. Is there anyone that knows of an aftermarket house that can supply. I have polished mine. They are ok........but would like new or other options.
koolub2, Have you considered sanding and painting the existing headlight lenses with clear polyurethane paint? I have done this on several vehicles with plastic lenses, including my '05 Crossfire shown below, and they look great. If polishing has given you decent results (meaning oxidation and cloudiness are on the outside) but doesn't last long, try sanding (wet, with 400 grit) then painting with clear polyurethane. After the sanding process, the lenses will be practically opaque white, (see left headlamp below) and you will wonder if you have screwed up. But when you spray the clear paint on, the clarity will come back better than polishing of the old surface did. (See right headlight).) And the better quality the clear paint, the better the result and more UV resistance will be. I used automotive 2-part clearcoat, but I have also seen great results using a hardware store spray can of clear. Good luck.

Most people on the forum use one of these kits to restore their headlights:
Are you a Sam's club member? $40 and they will make them look like brand new. They wet sand, polish and then apply three coats of clear coat with a UV filter. Best price yet and you get a 5 year warranty so before that warranty expires take it in one more time. I did that on my old Coupe I owned for nearly 12 years and only had it done one time. Headlights looked brand new.
Don't waste your time. If you find them new (and that's a big if since they don't make them anymore but sometimes they pop up on eBay) they are extremely expensive since you cannot just purchase the lense but need the whole assembly. Good luck
