Mit factory - it is a manual swap done by the Mercedes Swap Shop as mentioned in the comments. Don't like that they advertise putting in a manual increases the HP from 330 to 350. My guess is they did an ECU tune but it's just odd wording.
Car has been for sale for a long time. At one point he started at 28K now he is down to 25K.
