Hi everyone, I am looking to buy a 2005 SRT6 coupe. 102k miles with a 65mm pulley and needswings DCAI but it has no tune for these mods. Stay away or just get it tuned if I buy? Anything else to look for on these cars? Thanks!

 

I certainly would not be deterred from buying simply because they have not tuned it.

Look at all the normal used car stuff, ask the owner when was the last Crank Position Sensor and Relay Control Module were replaced. Look for leaks under the transmission. Ask about sticky key fix. Does the horn blow with the key out of the ignition? It's probably past due for supercharger oil change. Ask about if the alarm module is still functional or if they have already unplugged it. Looks pretty clean.
