Default door arm rest

Ever notice that a spot forms on your door arm rest? It's where it rubs off the skin from your elbow. Any Idea how to clean this?

any vinyl cleaner and a hand type scrub brush should do it.

Not really but I do notice that silver metallic pull handle is always banging me in the knee sometimes. I'll put it on my list of things to remove from my car along with the darn knee bolster.

I got something like that...it's not a stain though. It looks like the material is "peeling" off like dead skin when you get a sunburn.
