I've used Meguiar's Step 2 Polish to make those little clearcoat scratches disappear.
I just put on a set of Goodyear F1 AS Tires. Very impressive.
My dealer is fixing the engine oil leaks under warranty. Got one side done, then found a bad seal on the other side. I just put a set of K&Ns in and they give me a little more intake noise I think, a little better kick. I'm checking my mileage now.
My car is a 2005 and has that "old car" smell. I'm thinking the chopped cotton/wool fiber insulation under the dash is probably the culprit. I discovered Turtle Wax's F21 Super Protectant w/ Sunstop smells just like new leather, so I use that on my interior. I'm going to look for a track to take her up. I've only done 130 so far.
Also, Turtle Wax has a cleaner for aluminum wheels, non-corrosive. This is what I would recommend for cleaning the engine. (cover ALL electrical components with Heavy duty foil before washing the engine!)
