Default Is it safe to wax Crossfire white paint?

Hi Guys,

As you know I am looking for a Crossfire and I have found 2 manuals: a dark grey one and a white one (sorry if I used rudimental paint naming).
Anyway, I think that the white paint is not metallic and I remember reading on wax directions that flat paints should not be waxed.
I am sorry if I sound ignorant about the issue.
Is it safe to use wax, polish and use other light rubbing compounds on the white?
Thanks a lot guys,

The white is not a "flat" paint. It is simply non-metallic as is the black. All clearcoated paints are safe to polish, wax, etc. No difference on metallic vs. non-metallic as that is in the basecoat under the clear. Hope this helps. Goodluck!

So given that they have the same type of clearcoat I should be able to polish it or wax it.
Thanks for the info.
If I go with the Crossfire I guess I have to choose between white or dark grey
Thanks a lot

I highly recommend the white, but you can't go wrong with any of the colors. I'd be very careful using any sort of rubbing compounds though. Things can go "sour" real quick when using them unless you know exactly what you're doing.

I am really undecided.. Living in Vegas
I will check both car and see which is in the best condition. The white one has one of those black plastic cover that the previous owner had against rock chips.
I really hope that I will like the manual because I like this car lots
