CLEANING Headlight Plastics
I think he's after something to keep the fogging down.
If so Meguiar's Plastx is what I use.

Now I just gotta get out there and use it. It's been awhile since I've treated the headlights and it shows!

That's what I use too. What condition are your lenses in? If they are really bad, pitted and scratched, I'd suggest using Meguiars Headlight restoration kit. If they just have mild haze/etching some Plastx applied with a Porter Cable will have them sparkling. I do mine every 3-4 months with the Plastx and every month they get a coat of polish when I polish the car.
I had a protective (chips and UV) film installed.

There is a company, Paint Defender, I think, that will come to your home and install the film for a good price. Look under the "Dealer Locator" to find someone local to you. When I had my headlights replaced, it was the first thing I did. A very smart way to protect a very expensive part of our cars.

For years I've used ArmorAll because it makes it easier to remove squashed bugs. Lately I've started to use a high quality car wax instead. In either case, headlights are very clear/clean. I do the same for my roadster (and the headlights look brand new) as for my 2003 A6 with 164k miles (and the headlights are still clear with no haze).
