Default No Janet Jackson here

The pain of those scratches from errant rocks finally pushed me over the edge; I purchased the DC "bra" available from Crossfireshop.com. I hate these things but the chips are worse. Installation was the typical of these products pain-in-the-buttc has to be to get them to fit tight. Quality of stitching appears good, ditto on the fit. The only negative is the ink on embossed logo was worn through where the bara was folded for shipping. I plan to take all the ink offc the big winged Chrysler logo is a bit much.

I'd post a pix, but every time I try to do so I get a message back saying by JPG is "empty." (Help!)

Go to the "Crossfire Coupe" forum. There is a "Sticky" on how to upload pictures.

I purchased a front end bra from the Chrysler dealership and must say that I am very satisfied with the product. Easy on, easy off. You have to get used to doing it a few times.

Screw that. I had 3M film applied to the front of the car, mirrors, head lights, fog lights, and behind each wheel the 2nd week I had the car.

It is applied and cut on the car. It can be waxed, washed, can't be seen in photos. However you can see a very small line up close. It can be removed with a heat gun later down the road. Since it is clear the paint won't be a different color if removed.

Save your paint. Those aftermarket leather / vinal bras that just slip over the front bumper ruin the clear coat!

Here is a link to my detailers site. It goes directly to the 3M link to give more info on the product. Hot stuff. The guy he uses applies to all the local Ferrari, Lambo, top end Mercedies, BM's, etc.

It cost me around $700. It has to be applied by a professional installer. They actually cut the film on the car so it fits perfectly.

So far not one rock chip in the paint. My last car on the other hand..
