Caliber Collision is one of the two that AAA has recommended to get our car fixed...anyone have any experience with them?

lildaddym, out of curiousity did you use them? I used them (Caliber Collision, Plano Tx) for my first ever accident (someone hit my left fender and drove away), and they did a terrible job = /. They neglected to properly cover the fascia of the front bumper causing it to be exposed to some step in which the paint became oxidized and a totally different color. When I complained about it later, they offered no solution.

(sorry for this late post btw, I would have spoken up sooner had I seen this)

I haven't used them yet...the estimator/insurance company didn't take in to account how rare our cars are (insurance company's words), so I don't even have an estimate, yet, and they saw the car on Tuesday. The estimator, who said that she had been doing this basically half her life, wasn't that friendly/nice/informative. She said that it could be 10-12 days before it would be finished. I had sourced out all the parts I thought I would need, but they wouldn't use them. Looks like they may need my parts source after all.

UPDATE...got the settlement from AAA...decided NOT to go with Caliber...they lost me when they required an appointment, then made me wait 20 minutes, and 5 days for an estimate...on the other hand, no need to get a bumper cover; was able to get that repaired! Now working on getting a hood...may not have any choice there.
