Default REDCROSS'S Borla

Redcross
I came across your picture of your BORLA installed on your XF. How do you like?

I am considering it for my XF. I have one on my Miata and I love it...

Forgot to ask: Do you like the sound? Medium loud, mild? Also, was it a bolt on application? Thanks!

P.S. anyone else that has the borla can answer my question too. I just happened to find a pic of REDCROSS's...

There is a lot of exhaust info in this thread below, including Borla systems.

Thanks, Eraser! I was reading some of the posts. Thanks for the find. I did a search, but didn't come up with that. :-P LOL The picture of REDCROSS'S Borla tips look round, but I believe the borla model for Crossfire is oval. All descriptions I find say oval. Hmmm...REDCROSS?

There used to be a Crossfire in the Borla magazine ad but it didn't last very long. I guess they removed it after it didn't make any sale!

Cissy, If you like the Borla on your Miata, I think you'll love it on your Crossfire. One of the Techs at the Dealership where I purchased my Crossfire has the Borla on his Black Base Crossfire Coupe. He also has K&N filters. IMO it sounds GREAT! A much lower tone and not too loud.
I see the Borla in my future too (after my second Daughter graduates from college).

Thanks, Fritz! Sounds good to me. I am also looking into the K&N filters which I also have on my Miata. That price though! The lowest I can find for the Borla is $646 on Ebay. I have been corresponding with this ebayer and I feel confident ordering from him, but a little birdie is telling me to keep searching to find it at a lower price. Alas, though, I cannot at this time find a lower price. Another ebayer has one cheaper with free shipping, however, his feedback is horrible. Not good. I go by feedback a lot.

Does anyone know where I can find the Borla for my XF...say closer to $500 range? ::crossing fingers:: LOL
