Question Leak from rear diff

Anybody else have this problem? SLIGHT "oil" leak from rear diff. Brought into dealer, told needed new seal. Fixed? No, of course not...2 weeks later noticed still leaking (again, very slight). Brought the car back to dealer, told one of the screws weren't tightened all the way. Problem should be fixed...NO noticed yesterday slight leak again. What the heck is going on? Anyone...

Perhaps the cover plate is warped (bad part) have them order a new one and install with new seal, or have them install a double seal.
