Leak from rear diff

Leak from rear diff
Anybody else have this problem? SLIGHT "oil" leak from rear diff. Brought into dealer, told needed new seal. Fixed? No, of course not...2 weeks later noticed still leaking (again, very slight). Brought the car back to dealer, told one of the screws weren't tightened all the way. Problem should be fixed...NO noticed yesterday slight leak again. What the heck is going on?
