You'll hear a small increase of engine noise.
Little bit more power - especially at the top end.

If you keep the stock air box you should not notice a bit of difference using K&N filters. The only thing I have ever noticed any difference in noise is on my diesel pickup when I changed out the entire air intake with a K&N system, and then I could hear the turbo whine and a little sucking noise at full throttle. That's about all. But on a stock intake, nothing but a long life. Just don't over oil them. You may see some blue smoke out of the exhaust if ya do.

I installed mine right after I bought the SRT6 - so I don't know if has any more power.

No free lunch. Increased performance with K&N? Perhaps but also less clean air into the engine. i,e, air flows more freely so less filtration... Give me pleated paper.

I've used K&N's on other cars before, and the only thing I've noticed is that the engine oil gets contaminated with dirt quicker, than using OEM filters.
